Who is responsible
Your data is controlled by Precious Oral and Dental Health Centre, trading as Precious Dental, at Yeşilbahçe Mah. Savaş Cad. Mevsim Apt. No:3AA Üst Kat, Muratpaşa, Antalya, Türkiye. Email info@dentprecious.com. Precious Teeth Ltd (Companies House no. 14018597) is our UK company. The clinic's full policy is at dentprecious.com.
What the enquiry form collects
- Your name and email address, and your phone or WhatsApp number if you choose to add it
- Your country, the treatment you are asking about, how you would like us to reply and your message
- Technical details about how you reached the form: the page you were on, the page you first arrived at, the referring site and any campaign tags in the web address
The form does not ask for medical records. If you later decide to send an X-ray or photos, they are used only to look at your case.
Why we use it, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a treatment plan and quote. We rely on the consent you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. The technical details help us understand which pages are useful.
Who can see it
Only the members of the Precious Dental team who answer enquiries. A submitted form is emailed to our enquiry inbox, and a copy is stored on our web server in a folder that cannot be reached from the internet. We do not sell your details or share them with other clinics or agents. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms also apply.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply and follow up on the treatment you asked about. If you become a patient, clinical record rules apply to your treatment records. Ask us whenever you like and we will erase your enquiry.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. If we switch on Google Analytics, it will only load after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. We do not use advertising cookies. Your cookie choice itself is stored in your browser.

Your rights
UK GDPR gives you the right to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to its use and to withdraw consent. Email info@dentprecious.com. If our answer does not resolve things, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
